Job summary

Daraz seeks a Commercial Analytics professional to analyze performance data and uncover growth opportunities in assortment, pricing, and promotions. You will develop data-backed insights and regular trend reports, while improving reporting structures with a consultant-like mindset.

You will own end-to-end commercial projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery. AI tools will accelerate analysis and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, data analysis, or project management.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data visualization/reporting tool experience.
• Solid Excel skills and familiarity with statistical techniques and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities for assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop data-backed insights and regular reports highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Improve reporting structures with a consultant-like perspective to drive growth.
• Own end-to-end delivery of commercial projects from scoping to closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability and on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans to stay on track.
• Lead post-mortems and capture learnings for continuous improvement.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify repetitive workflows and configure AI agents to reduce errors and boost productivity.
• Stay current with AI capabilities and advise on new applications for commercial processes.
