Job summary

Daraz is seeking a results-driven Data Analyst for its team in Pakistan to transform data into actionable insights across customer experience metrics. You will build dashboards, track KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, reporting to the BI Manager – Customer Experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM from a reputable institution.
1-2 years of experience in an analytical or data driven role with hands-on SQL.
Expertise in MS Excel is a must.
Python knowledge is good to have but not essential.
Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer experience data to identify trends and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into data solutions.
Provide data support for journey mapping, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Support A/B testing, customer segmentation, and targeted analyses.
Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies across sources.
Prioritize ad hoc analyses and deliver insights on time.
Continuously explore new tools and methods to improve efficiency.
