Job summary

Bayer Pakistan is seeking a Manager Commercial Effectiveness & Business Analyst to drive sales tracking, data analytics, and MIS-based insights. You will support incentive design, resource allocation analytics, and KPI reporting to enable profitable growth for PKCG.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on data management, governance, and collaboration with PT & CT teams to optimize portfolio performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS or Data Analytics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or FMCG handling business insights, sales tracking, data mining and reporting.
• Proven MIS expertise with project management, data structure building and data mining.
• Strong ability to provide reporting solutions to stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills in Python, Azure, R and SQL preferred.
• AI and agentic proficiency for system development and data analytics.
• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills.
• Tableau and Power BI proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide service level for Sales Tracking & Analytical Reporting to Commercial team.
• Map distributor customers/chemist for proper handling and extract sales value/volume.
• Compile data at product/brick/territory level on a daily basis for monthly review.
• Check and validate depots data alignment per NorthSTAR format and update.
• Conduct regular distributor visits to ensure data accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Develop and analyze monthly sales reports, trends and KPIs.
• Analyze system efficiency and identify bottlenecks to improve operations.
• Investigate data discrepancies and root causes.
• Evaluate data access and security controls.
