Job summary

Daraz is seeking a strategic KAM Ops Lead to optimize the KAM team’s productivity and capabilities in the Managed Segment. You will bridge strategy and execution by leveraging AI tools, refining incentives, and removing blockers to maximize seller success and profitability.

You will lead training programs, collaborate with Product/Tech, and drive data-driven decisions to improve P&L and revenue growth across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years in Commercial Strategy or Business Analysis, preferably in e-commerce or fin-tech.
• Project management or related certification preferred.
• Proven track record designing or optimizing sales processes, incentive schemes or capability-building programs.

Responsibilities

• KAM Productivity & Operational Efficiency: optimize strategies and revenue for the Managed Segment.
• AI Innovation: lead adoption of AI-powered tools and co-create AI-driven workflows.
• Incentive Design & Performance Management: own end-to-end KAM incentive programs.
• Capability Development: identify training needs and upskill the KAM team.
