Job summary

Daraz in Karachi is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst for the Choice business, to handle day-to-day tasks, maintain product listings, pricing, stock levels, and promotional data in line with business rules.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect and analyze key operational metrics, and support testing and rollout of new processes, ensuring compliance with Alibaba International standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or retail operations; fresh graduates with strong analytical and execution capabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic understanding of B2C or cross-border trade models; experience with Choice, AE, or similar fast-delivery business models is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational tasks for the Choice business.
• Monitor and maintain product listings on the Choice platform, ensuring accuracy of pricing, stock levels, and promotional information in alignment with business rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, planning, and pricing) to resolve operational issues and improve end-to-end efficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and report on key operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and support data-driven improvements in the Choice business workflow.
• Support testing and rollout of new operational processes or system features specific to Choice, ensuring compliance with Alibaba International's operational standards.
