Job summary

Daraz is seeking a Data Analyst - Commercial with 2-3 years of experience to translate business questions into data-driven insights across sales, sellers, customers, and revenue.

You will analyze KPIs, build dashboards, and work with cross-functional teams to identify drivers and opportunities, using SQL and Excel to inform decision making.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Sales.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ecommerce Experience is plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial KPIs including GMV, orders, buyers, conversion, AOV, revenue, margin, seller productivity, and assortment performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify drivers behind growth, decline, and performance gaps.
• Track performance against targets, budgets, benchmarks, and historical trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve seller, category, campaign, and customer performance.
