Zones, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for Cloud Commerce in Islamabad to drive end-to-end cloud billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance across invoicing and pricing data. You will manage cross‑functional stakeholder negotiations and oversee process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud service knowledge, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to governance and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and software billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end cloud billing process with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee invoice generation using Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Cloud Billing team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and vendors to optimize billing operations.
