Job summary

JazzWorld, Pakistan's largest digital operator, seeks a Cloud Sales Consultant to provide expert guidance and tailored Cloud/IT solutions to corporate clients, focusing on engagement, upselling, retention, and satisfaction. The role reports to the Regional Manager Cloud Central and builds long-term relationships with enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the Enterprise sector, specifically with Cloud and IT products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, IT, or a mix of Business.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to deliver compelling messages.
• Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and tech companies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into high-level solutions.
• Deep market orientation within the corporate segment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to deeply understand their business needs and deliver customized Cloud and IT solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales/revenue targets.
• Focus on retention and recovery targets for your assigned portfolio.
• Conduct regular B2B visits with large enterprise account customers to drive Cloud and IT sales, ensuring retention and collection.
• Drive further penetration within your tagged companies for revenue growth, including complaint handling and after-sales support.
• Build and nurture relationships in your tagged portfolio to facilitate ongoing revenue growth and new product sales.
• Focus on securing major wins and strengthening relationships in the Large Accounts sector.
• Visit tagged accounts regularly and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including B2B Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control, Finance, and Product Teams.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for Cloud Sales, Retention, and Portfolio management.
