Zones, LLC in Pakistan is hiring a Cloud Technical Specialist to deliver expert Microsoft cloud licensing and technical support for partners and end customers. You will support Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and Entra ID, and troubleshoot identity, SSO, MFA, provisioning, and directory synchronization.

You will manage Azure environments, including subscriptions, VM/IaaS, networking, VPNs, monitoring, and usage reporting, and collaborate with Microsoft and internal teams to resolve complex

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud authentication, SSO, MFA, and provisioning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models and CSP programs.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and end-user productivity services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver licensing and technical support for Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune).
• Troubleshoot identity and access management issues (SSO, MFA, provisioning).
• Manage Azure environments (subscriptions, VM/IaaS, networking, VPN, monitoring, reporting).
