S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Specialist, Revenue Operations. The role supports the order-to-cash workflow, focusing on Lead to Cash processes in Salesforce CPQ from a Pakistan-based team, with potential night shifts aligned to US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities include drafting contracts in DocuSign, maintaining pricing accuracy in CPQ, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries and improve data quality in billing systems.

Qualifications

• Strong comprehension, verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage contracts for new sales and renewals using DocuSign.
• Process opportunities in Salesforce CPQ ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate with Legal, Order Management, Fulfillment and OTC teams to resolve queries.
• Generate SFDC reports to provide insights on sales performance and efficiency.
• Participate in data governance and data clean-up in Salesforce.
• Address inquiries via chat, email or phone for new sales and renewals.
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve OTC data quality.
