Zones is seeking a Team Lead - Cloud Commerce to design and optimize cloud and software billing processes. You will capture subscription details, terms, billing, pricing, and invoicing requirements while coordinating with extended teams.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of cloud services, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education or experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of cloud and software billing processes and tools including Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud billing process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee invoice review, reconciliation, and generation using Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and support timely order closure.
• Develop knowledge of cloud vendors and pricing programs.
• Act as primary contact for billing queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to automate repetitive billing tasks.
