Job summary

Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Licensing Advisor Manager in Islamabad to lead a team delivering software and cloud licensing advisory, renewals, and optimization for clients and sellers. You will coordinate with Sales, Licensing Support, Cloud, and Publish ers to drive growth and customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, licensing expertise, and operational oversight, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, or related field.
• At least five years in software, cloud, licensing, sales, consulting, or operations.
• At least one year in a supervisory role and experience with licensing programs.
• Experience leading a customer-facing or seller-support team in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and escalation support for Licensing Advisors.
• Set expectations and foster an empowered, customer-outcome driven team culture.
• Manage pipeline, case queues, SLAs, reporting, and portfolio activity.
• Guide on Microsoft and Tier 1 publisher licensing programs and renewals.
• Lead client and seller engagements to identify licensing needs and opportunities.
• Develop strategies to grow existing relationships and acquire new customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate licensing lifecycle and asset management.
• Contribute to proposals, meetings, and activities supporting software and cloud deals.
• Oversee revenue, profit, and pipeline goals for the team.
• Improve visibility with dashboards, reporting, and SLA tracking.
• Improve licensing workflows and knowledge content with process owners.
• Plan onboarding, coaching, and readiness activities for team members.
• Evaluate new products and campaigns; enable the team with talking points and guidance.
• Use data to recommend improvements and drive execution.
