Job summary

Abacus is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Chat Agent in Lahore to provide prompt, accurate responses to inquiries via chat. You will handle multiple chat sessions, document interactions, and escalate issues when needed.

The role requires excellent written and verbal English, A Levels/Intermediate or above, and a full-time schedule with US timings (5 days a week). Monthly pay ranges from PKR 70,000 to PKR 75,000.

• Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
