The role involves heavy collaboration with sales and product management, exposure to diverse data products, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of corporate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to data feed and cloud service inquiries.
• Build technical skills with UAT, Excel and SQL.
• Provide timely, high-quality support for feed-based products.
• Log client issues accurately in Salesforce.
• Document solutions and product updates.
• Collaborate with global teams to address client concerns and capture improvement requests.
• Stay updated on existing and new product offerings.
