S&P Global Market Intelligence is hiring a Channel Solutions Product Consultant to assist data feed and cloud service clients, leveraging our extensive datasets and tools. You will work cross-functionally with sales and product teams and gain expertise in Xpressfeed and related offerings.

The role emphasizes data knowledge, finance statements, and advanced Excel skills, with opportunities for growth across the organization. Night shifts and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Team-player mentality with collaboration skills.
• Flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• Willingness to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries for data feed and cloud service clients.
• Improve your technical expertise with UAT, Excel, and SQL.
• Provide professional, timely, quality support of feed-based products.
• Record accurate and timely tracking of client issues in Salesforce.
• Document newly found solutions and product updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and route improvements.
• Stay current on existing and new product offerings.
• Be willing to work the night shift (6PM to 3AM) and on holidays/weekends.
