Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in Islamabad is seeking an Associate, Client Support (Non-Financial Corporates) to become the trusted expert for the Capital IQ Pro Platform. You will diagnose client needs, drive product usage, and contribute to revenue growth through excellent service.

You will join a collaborative Client Services team that interfaces with Sales, Content, Product, News, and Technical Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and web chat in areas of industry, content, and product consulting.
• Support client base across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Corporate, and Non-Financial Corporate segments.
• Positively influence client perception of Market Intelligence while handling ~100 interactions per month.
• Assist with training and mentoring new hires as a senior associate with best practices.
• Conduct product demos or webcasts for clients.
• Build out Knowledge Base for internal stakeholders and clients.
