Responsibilities

• Onboarding new customers by identifying key needs and mapping them to our product.
• Account escalations: respond to alerts, red flags, health issues and queries.
• Renewals: follow up on current month renewals to avoid surprises.
• Upsell campaigns: drive expansion and upgrades within the portfolio.
• Periodic health checks to monitor customer health and value realization.
• Advocacy: manage client relationships and collect feature requests or referrals.
• Research: understand industry verticals using our software and competition.
• Sales: support product demonstrations and workflow mapping with prospective clients.
