Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer role based in Faisalabad. The Business Development Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and support the expansion of agency services across key sectors. Responsibilities include researching markets and potential clients, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams on pitches, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets. The role also involves presenting solutions to clients, negotiating commercial terms in collaboration with the finance team, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The Business Development Officer will work closely with senior management to contribute to strategic planning and provide regular reports and insights on business development activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development skills, including lead generation, opportunity assessment, and pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, campaign performance, and sales metrics for informed decision‑making.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Finance, including budgeting, pricing, and revenue forecasting in a marketing or agency environment.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
• Candidates should possess a customer‑focused mindset and strong Customer Service skills to build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, or experiential activation agencies is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales management tools.
