Job summary

Operexa is seeking a driven Business Associate to support our U.S.-focused client relationships, business development, and account management. You will serve as the point of contact for U.S.-based clients across healthcare, technology, and BPO services, and help ensure successful service delivery.

This role requires excellent English, strong organization, and the ability to work in EST/CST time zones when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS 7+ or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work across U.S. time zones when required.
• Prior experience in BPO, outsourcing, or client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities
