Job summary

Operexa is seeking a driven Business Associate to support our U.S.-focused client relationships, business development, and account management. You will serve as the point of contact for U.S.-based clients across healthcare, technology, and BPO services, and help ensure successful service delivery.

This role requires excellent English, strong organization, and the ability to work in EST/CST time zones when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS 7+ or equivalent).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work across U.S. time zones when required.
Prior experience in BPO, outsourcing, or client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for U.S.-based clients across healthcare, technology, and BPO service lines.
Manage client onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship management.
Support business development efforts including lead research, outreach coordination, and proposal preparation.
Coordinate internally across service delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
Track client KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
