Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of outbound sales, cold calling or business development

• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and headset
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional tone
• Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection
• Strong listening, persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven and organized, with discipline to work independently

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls (about 80–120 per day) to prospects
• Introduce ICM America's services and assess prospect needs
• Qualify leads by budget, authority, need and timeline; book appointments or close deals
• Handle objections and move conversations toward the next step
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn to build pipeline
• Keep accurate call notes and lead status in the CRM
• Meet or beat daily, weekly and monthly targets for metrics
• Research target industries and refine prospect lists
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on scripts and campaigns
• Stay current on services, pricing, competitors and trends

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads by budget, authority, need and timeline, then book appointments for senior sales staff or close deals directly
• Handle objections professionally and keep the conversation moving toward a next step
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn to build the pipeline
• Keep accurate records of calls, notes and lead status in the CRM ([e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho])
• Meet or beat daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversations, appointments and revenue
• Research target industries and companies to build and refine prospect lists
• Work with the sales and marketing teams on scripts, campaigns and feedback from the market
• Stay current on our services, pricing, competitors and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing or business development
• Able and willing to work US shift hours consistently
• Comfortable working remotely, with a quiet workspace, a reliable internet connection and a good headset
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone manner. A neutral accent is a plus
• Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection
• Strong listening, persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office or Google Workspace); CRM experience is a plus
