Fly Jinnah is seeking a customer service associate in Karachi to handle inbound calls, provide product information, and process flight and holiday reservations. You will promote ancillaries, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience aligned with company policies.

The role requires clear communication in English and Urdu, the ability to work in shifts, and a dedication to achieving service levels and sales targets in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Formación

• High School/Diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of using technology systems and tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Good in English & Urdu Languages.
• No hearing or articulatory problems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customers’ inbound calls and provide information on products and services.
• Process flight and holidays reservations, modifications and cancellations.
• Promote ancillaries and services to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
• Respond to enquiries, requests and complaints in a positive, effective manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services and assist with bookings.
• Escalate complaints as needed and follow up on actions taken.
• Cross-sell such as ancillaries, holidays packages, loyalty programs to meet monthly targets.
• Contribute to day-to-day operations to support productivity and brand image.
