• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person to support client travel needs.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket issuance, and itinerary arrangements accurately.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about fares, baggage policies, flight schedules, travel destinations, and regulations.
• Process payment transactions securely and ensure accuracy in all financial dealings.
• Promote flydubai products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
