Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate acceptable; diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
• Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value.
• Health: Fit to fly with good general health and no chronic conditions.
• Appearance: Presentable, friendly and positive under stress.
• Language: Fluent in English; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers during boarding and flight.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures and operational SOPs.
• Identify safety risks and coordinate with Cabin Supervisor for remedial action.
• Carry out pre-flight checks and report deficiencies to Cabin Supervisor/Captain.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and manage handovers with staff.
