Join the Fly Jinnah Team as Cabin Crew – Based in Multan
Are you ready to take on a role where every day brings new faces, new destinations, and the chance to leave a lasting impression? Fly Jinnah is looking for enthusiastic, service‑driven individuals to join our Cabin Crew team in Multan. If you love connecting with people, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in being the friendly face that passengers remember, this could be the start of an exciting aviation career.
What You’ll Be Doing – More Than Just a Flight
As a member of our cabin crew, you become an ambassador for Fly Jinnah. Your mission goes beyond serving meals or demonstrating safety procedures—you’ll be creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes passengers feel valued and secure from the moment they step aboard until they reach their destination.
Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include:
- Before Takeoff: Arrive on time, looking polished and professional, and fully prepared for your assigned flight. During the pre‑flight briefing, review flight details, role distribution, security checks, and boarding plans. Perform thorough checks to ensure all emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials are onboard and ready.
- Passenger Safety – Your Top Priority: Guide passengers through safety procedures with clarity and confidence, ensuring everyone understands what to do in an emergency. If a medical situation arises, administer first aid. Report any irregularities or equipment issues promptly to your Cabin Supervisor or the Captain.
- Creating Genuine Connections: From the warm welcome at the door to assisting with boarding formalities, make each passenger feel seen and cared for. Attend to individual requests, help those who may be stressed or struggling, and ensure everyone's comfort throughout the flight. Record necessary data in the aircraft logbook following airline and aviation authority procedures.
- Maximizing the Onboard Experience: Introduce passengers to onboard meals and products, as well as our ‘Charity Cloud’ program. Help achieve team targets while handling cash and credit card payments securely and responsibly.
- After Landing: Contribute to post‑flight briefings and assessments, report any issues, ensure proper handover to cleaning or catering teams, and account for duty‑free containers. When designated by the Captain, step into the Cabin Supervisor role with confidence.
