Job summary

Air Arabia is seeking a Contact Center Specialist in Karachi to handle inbound calls, provide information on products, and process travel bookings and modifications. You will promote ancillaries, resolve inquiries and complaints, and work toward monthly targets while upholding brand standards.

The role requires good English and Urdu, MS Office proficiency, and flexibility to work shifts. No prior experience is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School/Diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of using technology systems and tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Good in English & Urdu Languages.
• No hearing or articulatory problems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers’ inbound calls and provide information on products and services.
• Process flight and holidays reservations, modifications and cancellations.
• Promote ancillaries and services to maximize sales.
• Respond to enquiries, requests and complaints in a positive, effective manner.
• Escalate complaints as needed and follow up on actions.
• Cross-sell such as holidays packages and loyalty programs.
• Convert lead calls to sales agents and follow up on enquiries.
• Maintain productivity and reflect the company’s branding standards.
