As one of our onboard ambassadors, you'll play a vital role in shaping how passengers feel about their journey with us—from their very first step onto the aircraft until they say goodbye at their destination. Responsibilities
  • Getting Ready to Fly – show up on time, polished, fully fit, attend briefing, review flight details, confirm role assignments, and security procedures.
  • Keeping Everyone Safe – guide passengers through emergency procedures, maintain watchful eye for risks, flag issues to Cabin Supervisor, provide first aid, report irregularities or equipment issues.
  • Creating a Welcoming Onboard Experience – greet passengers, assist boarding formalities, attend to individual requests, assist stressed or unwell travelers, log information in aircraft logbook.
  • Driving Engagement and Revenue – promote onboard meals, products, Charity Cloud initiative naturally, handle cash and card payments securely, keep accurate sales and donation records.
  • Checking Details and Wrapping Up – inspect cabin before takeoff for equipment, catering supplies, ensure cabin cleaned and restocked during transit stops, participate in post-flight debrief, close duty-free containers securely.
  • Stepping Up as Needed – if designated as Cabin Supervisor, take on responsibility, attend recurrent training, emergency workshops and maintain license.
Qualifications
  • Higher Secondary Certificate or diploma accepted; diploma in Travel or Tourism is better; training in first aid, safety or emergency procedures valued.
  • Fit to fly, overall good health, no serious medical conditions.
  • Presentable, friendly, cheerful, positive attitude under stress.
  • Enjoy helping people, handle difficult passengers without damaging airline image.
  • Alert, spot problems early, respond to threats or emergencies with focus and determination.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, does not need to be reminded to jump in and help the team.
  • Excellent communication, both written and face-to-face.
  • Time management and problem solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; fluent in English; other languages a bonus.
