Job summary

Bestax Chartered Accountants is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire clients, and promote our services to businesses across international markets. The role focuses on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding revenue growth.

Responsibilities include lead qualification, presenting SEO and accounting services, conducting virtual meetings, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
• Understanding of digital marketing services, accounting, taxation, or corporate compliance is an advantage.
• Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn prospecting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Present and promote company services (SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, and compliance).
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and product/service demonstrations to understand client needs and propose solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline with consistent follow-ups and conversions.
• Develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and identify additional services.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service packages with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead nurturing and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
