Job summary

Contegris Technology Solutions in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales professional to grow our local IT and SaaS business. You will own the end-to-end sales journey from lead generation to onboarding and revenue realization.

This is a target-oriented role requiring strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills. You will visit clients onsite, develop relationships with decision-makers, and close deals that contribute to our growth.

Qualifications

• This role requires a proven B2B sales background in IT/SaaS.
• Strong skills in lead generation, demos, negotiation and closing.
• Willingness to travel for onsite client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generate New Business: identify B2B leads through networks and referrals.
• Own the Sales Pipeline: manage prospecting to onboarding and revenue realization.
• Conduct Product Demos: deliver online/on-site demonstrations of SaaS solutions.
• Build Client Relationships: engage decision-makers and shape long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate & Close Deals: prepare proposals and close to meet targets.
• Drive Revenue Growth: identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Meet Sales KPIs: achieve revenue, new client acquisition, and conversion targets.
• Maintain Sales Reporting: document activity and pipeline in CRM.
