Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or call center environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Energetic, self-motivated, confident in engaging with new people.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the Sales Team.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on target markets and outreach strategies.
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
