Job summary

Contegris (Pvt) Ltd in Lahore seeks a Lead Generation Executive to build our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualifying opportunities for the Sales Team. You will identify potential B2B customers, reach decision-makers, and set up product demonstrations while hitting weekly targets.

The ideal candidate is energetic, confident on calls, experienced with LinkedIn and CRM tools, and fluent in English and Urdu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of Lead Generation / B2B Sales in the local IT SaaS software industry.
• Strong verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Good understanding of lead qualification and prospecting.
• Familiar with LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms.
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Energetic, self-motivated with sales targets.
• Strong follow-up and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate New Leads: identify potential B2B customers via outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels.
• Make Outbound Calls: connect with prospects, introduce Contegris solutions, and create interest.
• Qualify Prospects: understand business needs, challenges and decision process.
• Book Product Demos: schedule demonstrations for the Sales Team.
• Follow Up: maintain regular follow-ups through the early sales funnel.
• Maintain CRM Records: update lead info, activity, and status.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: align outreach with campaigns and objectives.
• Achieve Lead Generation Targets: meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Build a Strong Pipeline: own assigned prospects and hand over to Sales Team.
