Job summary

Contegris Technology Solutions is seeking a Lead Generation Executive in Lahore to drive the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, research, and qualification of opportunities. You’ll engage decision-makers, introduce our SaaS offerings, and schedule demos with the Sales Team.

The role emphasizes high-volume outbound outreach, strong communication in English and Urdu, and collaboration with Sales & Marketing to meet weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 1–2 years of Lead Generation and B2B Sales experience in local IT SaaS software industry.
• Strong verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Confident with high outbound call volume and prospect outreach.
• Knowledge of lead qualification and prospecting processes.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online research tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels.
• Make outbound calls to initiate contact and generate interest in Contegris solutions.
• Qualify prospects by understanding business needs and decision-making processes.
• Book product demos for the Sales Team.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture opportunities through the early sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity in the CRM.
