You will research prospects, build precise lists, and qualify leads for discovery meetings, using multiple outbound channels and enduring follow-ups. This role requires strong English communication and experience with sales tools, thriving in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B lead generation, sales development or outbound sales.
• Strong written and spoken English for NA business owners and executives.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and persistent follow-ups.
• Hands-on with prospecting tools and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Research US/Canada target companies and identify decision makers.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Lead outbound across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Upwork and directories.
• Build targeted prospect lists by industry, company size, location, and role.
• Maintain CRM accuracy with status, notes and next steps.
