Translation Empire is seeking an agile and quick-learning leader to manage a 50–60 person department in Islamabad. The role focuses on smart execution, resource enablement, and timely completion of multiple projects while upholding high service standards.

The ideal candidate has a BBA or MBA and strong English communication, with proven experience in people leadership, process revamp, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.

• Conducting progress and development meetings with staff.
