Job summary

Bestway Cement Limited in Karachi division seeks a field sales professional to manage sales operations across the assigned area and drive volume growth. The role focuses on meeting targets, building strong dealer and customer relationships, and executing the company’s sales strategies in the field.

You will conduct market visits, support dealers with product knowledge, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
• Execute regional sales strategies and plans at the area level.
• Manage relationships with automotive dealers, distributors, fleet customers, and key accounts.
• Conduct market visits to monitor sales activities, customer feedback, and competitors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Support dealers in improving sales performance and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels, order pipelines, and sales forecasting.
• Report sales activities and market intelligence to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and after-sales teams to support customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, and sales negotiations as needed.
• Train and guide sales representatives/dealer teams on products and selling techniques.
• Ensure implementation of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
