LavishCars.com, a luxury car rental marketplace, seeks a Paid Ads Specialist to plan, launch and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and more. The role is fully remote from Pakistan, with responsibilities across UAE and US markets, and a focus on lead generation and bookings.

You will manage budgets, conversion tracking and creative testing, delivering performance insights and optimised ROAS. Strong English copy and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years managing paid ads across multiple social platforms and Google Ads.
• Experience running campaigns from a single ad management tool.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike strategies.
• Experience with conversion tracking: Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM.

LavishCars.com is a luxury and exotic car rental marketplace. We started in Dubai and now operate across the UAE and in Houston, USA, with more US cities coming. Renters book cars by the day, week or month, and car owners can list their own vehicles with us.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced ads specialist to plan, launch and scale paid campaigns across every major ad platform. You'll run all campaigns from a single ad management platform and own results from first click to booking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat and other relevant platforms
• Run and organise all campaigns through one centralised ad management platform
• Run separate campaigns for the UAE and US markets, with different audiences, budgets and messaging
• Create campaigns for two audiences: renters (tourists, business travellers, residents) and car owners who want to list their vehicles
• Research competitor ads and use the findings to improve our creatives and targeting
• Brief the design and content team on ad creatives, then test variations to find what converts
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including WhatsApp leads and bookings
• Manage budgets and bids to hit cost per lead and return on ad spend targets
• Report weekly on spend, leads, bookings and cost per booking, with clear next steps

Requirements

• 3+ years managing paid ads across multiple social platforms and Google Ads
• Proven experience running campaigns for several platforms from one ad management tool(for example AdManage.ai, Madgicx, Smartly.io, Revealbot or similar)
• Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong grasp of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences and campaign structure
• Experience with conversion tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4
• Comfortable managing budgets and making decisions from data
• Strong written English for ad copy and reports
• Available to work 12pm to 9pm GST, Monday to Friday

Nice to Have

• Experience in car rental, travel, hospitality or luxury brands
• Experience running ads in the UAE or US markets
• Experience generating leads through WhatsApp click to chat campaigns
• Basic creative skills (Canva, CapCut or similar)
