Job summary

LavishCars.com, a luxury car rental marketplace, seeks a Paid Ads Specialist to plan, launch and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and more. The role is fully remote from Pakistan, with responsibilities across UAE and US markets, and a focus on lead generation and bookings.

You will manage budgets, conversion tracking and creative testing, delivering performance insights and optimised ROAS. Strong English copy and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid ads across multiple social platforms and Google Ads.
• Experience running campaigns from a single ad management tool.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike strategies.
• Experience with conversion tracking: Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube and more.
• Operate campaigns through a centralised ad management platform.
• Manage separate UAE and US campaigns with distinct audiences and budgets.
• Create campaigns for renters and car owners and optimise messaging.
• Research competitor ads and test creatives to improve performance.
• Brief design/content teams on creatives and test variations.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including WhatsApp leads and bookings.
• Monitor budgets and bids to meet CPL and ROAS targets.
• Provide weekly reporting on spend, leads, bookings and cost per booking.
