We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dependable Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation. The successful candidate will assist with communication, programme coordination, website and content management, administrative tasks, and the delivery of programmes and services. This role requires someone confident working independently, with strong communication and digital skills, who pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn and take initiative as the organisation continues to grow.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Office Timing: 12 PM - 9 PM

Responsibilities
Administration & Communication
- Manage and respond to emails, telephone calls, text messages, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain organised records, documents, schedules, and administrative information.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas where required, and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Follow up on agreed actions and ensure tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Organise and coordinate the monthly Family & Faith programme and online workshops.
- Liaise with instructors, speakers, and other contributors to confirm availability and programme details.
- Assist with arranging promotional materials, including posters and announcements.
- Coordinate schedules, communication, and other logistical requirements for programmes and workshops.
- Support the smooth delivery of events and activities.
Website & Online Resources
- Regularly update the website with articles, workshops, on-demand courses, and counselling availability.
- Upload and organise new content and ensure website information remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist with expanding and maintaining the library of on-demand courses.
- Support the development of new digital resources as the organisation grows.
Requirements
