Careem is looking for a Sales & Account Management professional to grow the portfolio within Pakistan, owning end-to-end account management and revenue generation. You will work closely with Supply, Finance, Marketing and BD teams to hit targets and optimize campaigns.

Ideal candidates will have a track record in direct and channel sales, strong Excel skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service while building lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2+ years in sales or account management with targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage assigned accounts with full ownership.
• Pitch, optimize, and upsell campaigns to drive portfolio revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize high-return initiatives.
• Build and maintain a robust business pipeline with merchants and partners.
