Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales or account management with targets.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong customer service orientation and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ad Sales & Portfolio Growth: pitch, optimize, and upsell ad campaigns to drive revenue.
• Proactive Issue Resolution: coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Growth: assist in planning and growing assigned accounts.
• Account Management: serve as main contact for assigned accounts.
• Analysis: use data to prioritize initiatives with high ROI.
• Merchant NPS: work with merchants to improve experience components.
• Internal collaboration: align with Supply, Finance, Marketing, and BD to hit growth goals.
