Ams Advertising Company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to support business growth across Pakistan. This remote role aligns with Lahore as the job location and requires a commercially focused professional who can manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities include presenting solutions, building client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or advertising services.
Strong prospecting, lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication with confident client-facing skills.
Ability to create proposals, follow up consistently, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
Understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, customer acquisition, and market research.

Responsabilités

Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
Present advertising and marketing solutions, prepare proposals, and respond to client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage negotiations, follow-ups, conversions, and sales records from initial contact through closure.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and client commitments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales approaches.
Contribute to promotional campaigns, marketing content, and business development initiatives.
Prepare regular updates on pipeline progress, client activity, and achieved targets.
