Job summary

S&P Global Inc. in Islamabad is seeking an ambitious early-career sales professional to join our Account Management development track. You will work with Account Managers, focus on prospecting, qualification, and expansion, and help drive revenue from day one.

This role emphasizes client engagement, solution positioning, and mastery of CRM tools, with a clear path to a quota-bearing Account Manager. You will be in the office at least 2 days per week in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Interest in financial markets and commercial career progression.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with ability to assess task urgency.
• Proactive self-starter with curiosity and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and expanding within existing accounts.
• Support Account Managers with renewals, client communications, usage expansion campaigns, and upsell opportunities.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and position S&P Global solutions.
• Manage outbound cadences using CRM tools to build pipeline and advance opportunities.
• Prepare account intelligence and assess risks ahead of client meetings.
• Participate in a development program to accelerate to quota-bearing Account Manager role.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
