Job Summary: We’re seeking a meticulous and organized CRM Data Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to support our operations team in managing and maintaining accurate records within Monday.com. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data quality, consistency, and completeness across all client and lead databases. This position involves data entry, research, verification, and regular updates to support business development initiatives.

• Maintain and update CRM data within Monday.com, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Conduct research via Google and LinkedIn to complete or verify missing contact and lead details.
• Import and export data between Monday.com and CSV files with precision.
• Review and clean data to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize CRM use for business development goals.
• Report any data-related discrepancies or irregularities promptly.
• Uphold confidentiality and data security standards at all times.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in Monday.com or other CRM platforms.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Skilled in data verification, cleaning, and management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficient in online research using tools like Google and LinkedIn.

• Hands-on experience with Monday.com (data import/export, board setup).
• Previous work in CRM or database management.
• Familiarity with sales and lead tracking processes.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Experience collaborating in remote teams.
