Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cash application, bank reconciliations or other Accounts Receivable related field.
• Experience in monitoring customer credit exposure and overdue accounts.
• Ability to maintain productivity and meet service level agreements in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply cash to customer accounts based on customer remittance advice.
• Process and monitor customer credit exposure.
• Perform payment issue investigations and lead issue resolutions.
• Complete internal transfer transactions.
