The role requires comprehensive management of all electro-mechanical systems, including procurement and commissioning of equipment. Ideal candidates will have over 25 years of experience in electro-mechanical projects, strong project management skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. SUMMARY
The Sr PM and Chief – Electro-Mechanical is responsible for the comprehensive management and execution of all electro-mechanical (E&M) systems within a major hydropower dam and largest pumped storage hydroelectric power plant in the Philippines. This includes oversight of the procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems such as turbines, generators, transformers, switchgear, SCADA systems, and associated balance-of-plant equipment.
This role provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams, manages contractors and OEMs, ensures technical and regulatory compliance, and drives the project to successful completion within scope, budget, timeline, and safety expectations.
