Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle: from engaging qualified opportunities and negotiating complex, multi‑jurisdictional deals, to proactively sourcing new business through partner networks and outbound initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong closer with proven hunting ability, able to build a healthy pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into long‑term Acclime clients. This is a regional role, working closely with multiple markets to secure new wins and support group‑wide growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales
- Manage the complete sales process from qualification to signed contract, ensuring seamless handover to delivery teams.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and engagement letters using Ignition and manage opportunities in HubSpot.
- Expand Acclime’s client base by converting inbound leads and cross‑/upselling to existing clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high‑value deals for Acclime Philippines.
- Represent Acclime in client relationships and deliver a professional, solutions‑driven client experience.
- Contribute to the Philippine sales strategy, reporting, and forecasting.
2. Business Development
- Proactively generate new leads from target companies, events, and outbound outreach.
- Build and manage a referral partner network (law firms, banks, chambers of commerce, consultancies).
- Promote Acclime’s brand and services via networking events, webinars, and industry initiatives.
- Develop joint marketing and business development activities with partners.
- Explore new industries, geographies, and service lines to create future revenue streams.
3. Regional Collaboration & Multi‑Market Sales
- Collaborate with other Acclime markets on multi‑jurisdictional opportunities and cross‑border referrals.
- Share market insights and best practices to strengthen Acclime’s sales culture across all 18 markets.
- Support group‑wide initiatives to strengthen Acclime’s brand and sales culture across all 18 markets.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4–6 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate services, professional services, or consulting. Strong hunter profile with a track record of securing new business.
- Skills: Excellent networking, prospecting, and relationship‑building skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Personality: Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, persistent, and highly results‑driven.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate services, accounting, tax, payroll, or advisory services preferred.
- Tools: Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable using digital sales tools.
