A retail store in Davao del Sur is seeking customer-focused staff to provide excellent service, maintain store appearance, and assist with inventory management. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and process sales transactions.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure it is well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory management and conducting inventory counts.
Skills
- Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about products, assist with product selection, and process sales transactions efficiently.
- Maintain store appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. This includes displaying products attractively, restocking shelves, and maintaining a visually appealing environment.
- Assist with inventory management: Help with receiving and stocking new inventory, conducting inventory counts, and identifying any discrepancies.
- Excellent customer service skills: Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic sales and cash handling experience: Familiar with handling cash transactions, processing payments, and basic sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Must be able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with other store staff.
