Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas, according to standardized recipes.
• Ensure drinks are presented attractively and consistently meet quality standards.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer questions about products.
• Address customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally.

Cashiering:

• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
• Accurately process transactions and provide correct change.
• Balance the cash register at the end of shifts.

Store Maintenance:

• Keep the coffee shop clean, including counters, tables, and floors.
• Wash utensils, equipment, and dishes regularly.
• Restock supplies, such as cups, napkins, and condiments, as needed.

Inventory and Stock Management:

• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.
• Notify the manager of low-stock items or order requirements.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Support coworkers by sharing tasks and maintaining a positive team environment.
