Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and offering product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Support: Help customers find the products they are looking for, upsell and cross-sell items, and achieve sales targets in line with company goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the store’s product offerings, promotions, and any upcoming sales to effectively communicate details to customers and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping aisles clear for customer safety and comfort.
  • Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process transactions accurately using the register, handle returns and exchanges, and manage customer payments in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and tagging new stock, as well as performing regular inventory checks to ensure products are properly stocked.
  • Customer Feedback: Listen to and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to provide a positive resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations, assist with special promotions or events, and contribute to a positive work environment.
