Job description

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer / Administrator to continue the development, customization, and implementation of our Zoho CRM platform for our recruitment operations. Zoho CRM is being developed to serve as our central candidate database and recruitment management platform, connected to our existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Zoho CRM Developer will take an active role in completing and supporting Phase 1 while leading the technical development of Phase 2 - Client Dashboards & Reporting and Phase 3 - AI Agents & Automation.

Key responsibilities

• Continue the development and customization of our Zoho CRM implementation
• Review and understand the existing Phase 1 configuration and development
• Support Phase 1 testing, user training, rollout, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Customize modules, fields, layouts, pipelines, views, related lists, and user interfaces
• Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting
• Configure workflows, validation rules, assignment rules, Blueprint processes, and other Zoho automation
• Maintain and improve integration between our ATS and Zoho CRM
• Develop integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods
• Build dashboards and reports for recruiters, management, and eventually clients
• Monitor data synchronization and troubleshoot integration issues

About you

• Proven hands-on experience developing and customizing Zoho CRM
• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting
• Experience with Zoho CRM APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of workflows, Blueprint, custom modules, layouts, permissions, and automation
• Experience building Zoho CRM dashboards and reports
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and data synchronization
• Understanding of database architecture, field mapping, and data integrity
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently manage development projects from requirement gathering through implementation
